As a Staff Nurse on our Bartlett Ward, you’ll plan, deliver and evaluate care for a group of patients. The ward is an isolation facility, so your patients will either be at high risk of infection or already infected and requiring isolation. Your approach will be characterised by the quality of care you provide, to achieve the treatment goals you set for each patient. What’s more, you’ll make a positive impact on our nursing community by sharing guidance and support with less experienced colleagues. At times, you’ll step up and lead the team.

To join us, you’ll need to be a 1st Level Registered Nurse with proven post-qualifying experience. You’ll bring to the role a thorough knowledge of the NMC Code (2015) guidelines, together with a commitment to remain up to date with the latest developments in clinical and nursing practice. Plus there are opportunities to include in flight nursing duties to the UK, care of the paediatric patient and a robust education and training package held both in house and through the university of Chester.
